flashpro software out of date

I keep getting the error message that the software is out of date and I have reinstalled it several times and with windows defender off. i have had it on this computer before I did a windows reinstall and it no longer wants to work. I've tried everything and have run out of ideas.

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?
