Throttle Respond and Sensitivity

Hi all, if i we to set my throttle respond to stage 3 and sensitivity standard with other setting as per screenshot default will this be fine? I find setting the sensitivity stage 1 or stage 2 the car seem to jerks when in traffic time or slow drive time.

You can try it and see how it is. You may have to try different settings to see what you like best.
