s300 fuel pump not on with ignition on

I have an s300 and have for about 10 years.

I haven't driven the car in over a year but tried (with new spark plugs installed today) and the fuel pump is OFF with the ignition in ON position.

The car cranks when trying to start it, and the fuel pump turns ON at this point, but the car does not try to start.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I am trying to get this running and driven regularly again. It worked for years before and was only driven every couple of months.
I do not have another ECU to test with as this is the only one I have for it and it is tuned and will not work with the stock ECU.

S300-v3 board
I can connect with my old hondata app (the free one from years ago), and it reports sensor states just as it had in the past.

When you datalog in SManager when trying to start are any errors reported?

What is the serial number on the s300 board inside the ECU?

I have not connected smanager to it since right after tuning years ago. I just downloaded the latest (updated from v2.5.0) and will see if I can do that and get any info from it.

I will also check the serial #, just wondering though, why are you suggesting this by the way?

I will pull the ECU shortly. but datalogging showed zero errors during startup attempt.
I have attached the datalog (~30s long) to this post in case you wish to check it and maybe see something I am missing.
I tried starting it up ~12-15s into the log.

I also now see Distributor error is ON. That seems like the issue, though the distributor is pretty new, maybe a couple thousand miles old, I wouldn't imagine it would die while not being driven (no nuclear attacks/EMP's lol)

Is it an OEM or aftermarket distributor?

So this morning I connected to it with smanager, and cleared the DTC/error and it started immediately!!! Problem solved!
I am good for now, until the next issue lol

Thanks for the advice, and I found that reset advice from you on another similar post. I went search crazy last night digging everywhere.
