Hey everyone,
I'm currently troubleshooting a no VTEC issue on my H22-swapped Prelude, and could use some insight. The issue started after I swapped out the under-dash harness. I’m using sManager, and with the engine running, I tried manually activating the VTEC solenoid output test by clicking the box — but I'm not seeing 12V at the A4 pin.
Some details:
ECU: Hondata S300 / sManager
Engine: H22A (JDM, no pressure switch)
VTEC pressure switch is disabled in the calibration
VTEC solenoid is the JDM version without the pressure sensor
My main question is:
When using the VTEC solenoid output test in sManager, should I be seeing 12V at pin A4?
If not, what else could prevent voltage from reaching A4 in test mode? Could this be a wiring issue from the new harness, or something ECU-related? Any tips on how to verify wiring continuity or proper solenoid function would be appreciated.

Have you checked continuity of the wire from the ECU to the solenoid?
