FlashPro Not Recognizing ECU

Hello,
I’ve been using the Hondata FlashPro with my Honda Civic. Recently, I updated the firmware, but now the application is not recognizing my vehicle’s ECU, and I can't access any tuning options.
Has anyone faced similar issues with Hondata Applications after a firmware update? What troubleshooting steps can I take to get the FlashPro to recognize my ECU again?
