P0013 code after bolts ons

New to this forum and hondata ...I went to a jailbreak tour got ECU unlocked and flashpro on 2024 Integra type s (de5) drive fine had no mods at that time . A few days later a friend and I recently added two step performance dp,PRL Inlet pipe, and prl hvi, PRL RMM, and boomba bpv. Everything seemed good and great . It took us 7 hours to install and battery was disconnected during that time . We connected battery and a little spark happened . We didn't think anything of it . We uploaded the map of type s intercooler and dp and after uploading immediately code p0013 comes up . Tried to delete code and it keeps coming up . Car drives limp mode . I can disable it from the Calibration option but I obviously want to fix that issue . I replaced cam shaft sensor with OEM one and still code comes up . Checked fuses they seem to be fine . Need help please . For reference I'm not the best mechanically inclined person I always involved someone who is.

If it is not the sensor then it is a wiring problem. Return to stock if you wish to eliminate the ECU.

So load stock map which I believe is the last line on the new calibration ?

So I loaded stock map which is the last line in the hondata and nothing changed still pops code p0013.
