H22a euro swap

I've swapped my f22a1 for a h22a euro r engine. I reused my f22 harness . I swapped 3 wire iacv for 2 wire with adapter plate. Used h22a1 distributor. Was able to use f22 rail and regulator with euro r injectors. No resistor box. P28 ecu with hondata s300. Car cranks up and idles great. Even 1st gear pulls good but anything past that it just has no power hardly. Any help is appreciated. This is with the stock h22 map out of s manager. I understand that a basemap is good for getting car running but I feel like it should run good enough to get to a tuner at least. Please help. Thanks
