Hondata 3B upgrade questions

I have a 3B and i want to up grade to a 4B. It dosent have the datalogging option but what i wanted to know is what is done to the 3B to upgrade it to a 4B? I already have the hondalogger, rom editor and rom emulator software. Thanks for the help.

the 3b and 4b are the same besides the software. There is no hardware modification. the 4b upgrade will just come with the software and burner. This is on the site.

The stage 3B doesn't have the datalogging chip within it to give you the capability of the hondata box to comunicate with the laptop. You will need to send in your 3B box to hondata and have them perform the necessary hardware upgrade to allow you to use the datalogging option. The only boxes that can datalog are the stage 4 or the S200 w/datalogging option.

THat's not true, there are 3BD and 2BD 's available.
