I am hoping it would be possible to change the values of the throttle maps for torque request to be percentage-based, so as we tune MDNORM we can keep the same torque request profiles without having to go in and scale each of the 18 throttle tables.
Currently, if we change the value of the torque limit reference torque (MDNORM), then we likely need to scale the throttle tables so they properly relate to MDNORM. If they were just percentage based then these values would not need to be changed. 30% of MDNORM would be 30%, 100% would be 100%.
I understand this could create some confusion for those who are accustomed to the absolute values, and if that is a problem then maybe this could be enabled via some sort of switch or "advanced options" area?
thanks again for all of your hard work. The updates that have been coming for the FK8/FL5/DE5 platform have been tremendous!

I thought of this as well, and would be a very nice to have feature.

I agree that having the option to change this to percentage is probably a positive idea, given the recent changes.
