Please Help!! 2010 Tune

Hey guys, I really thought I could figure this out on my own, but the combination of my lack of intelligence and being a lot busier with work than I thought has me in a bit of a pickle. I have a 2010 Civic Si with a Hybrid Racing Intake, a cheap ebay exhaust, oil catch can, Keihin fuel rail, and a throttle body spacer. These mods all came on the car along with a unlocked/wiped hondata. I figured this was the perfect time to learn how to tune since the car didn't run super well and still had high rev hang and a bunch of other stuff. After finding a tune to start with on this forum I got after it... now my car run's a lot worse and I'm worried I might be damaging something. I attached a datalog and the last tune I uploaded. If anyone can look at this and at the very least let me know if I'm going to destroy my engine by driving to work and back that would be great. Thank you!
