Re: pops and bangs
Hondata can chime in if this is on their road map but a quick YouTube search will help you find a video on how to make the 8th gen pop and bang.

I can not confirm nor deny that these changes can have negative effects on your engine.
I've learned so far that if you retard your ignition in low cam decel columns you can modulate the throttle to get the pops effect. For me, I set everything from 2000 rpm all the way up in columns 1 and 2 to -10. If you want to add bangs, you can increase your overrun fuel cut delay. This is measured in milliseconds, I set mine to 300 across the board and it was excessive even for stock exhaust. Again, this is terrible for your engine, and if you have any love for it then don't do it lol this will add the bang to the pop and bang. This is all I know so far and can't be confident as I'm still learning alot, but this worked for me.
