Swapping Immobilisers or Reprogram Accord Euro r ECU

Hi folks
I have a 2002 Euro r and I have got myself a reflash ecu for the same model I want to run in my car but obviously the immobiliser is in the way,can I use software to copy one to the other and pair them or is it still only a Honda job or resolder which I wouldn’t trust going right!

Only Honda can reprogram them.
