Post by hneighbour »

vehicle: eg6
SN: 8285
kpro software: 4.3.2.0
37820 PRA E11
ecu SN: 027084 3305
kmanager version: 4.6.0.0
security enabled - don't have calibration on computer / unsure if obtainable from tuner
firmware: 2.02 ok yes
purchased: tdinorth kprov2

modifications
hybridracing harness E1 to pgmfi relay terminal 8 GRN/YEL
from pgmfi relay terminal 7 YEL/GRN triggers an under hood relay for bosch200

recording no codes at ignition II
no FLR in kpro sensors
no priming
kpro online test: passed
ignition on test: passed
under hood ecu fuse: passed
a2 a3 e9 ignition test: passed
a4 a5 ground test: passed
ignition coils supply test: passed
pgmfi relay continuity test: passed
pgmfi relay supply tests:
1 YEL/WHT 12.5v passed
5 BLK/YEL II 12.5v passed
6 BLU/WHT III 12.5v passed
2 BLK GROUND red test lead to the battery 11.8v passed
3 YEL/BLK II 12.5v passed
7 YEL/GRN II 0v failed
8 GRN/YEL II 12.5v failed

backstory in 2017 car was, mapped, loaded, trailered home then stood. recently swapped the 044 out
if i assume the stored calibration is good
when i test the pra in a working kswap it will imply the FLR output is toast
im lost to the scenario, under hood relay was, fed from battery, triggered off YEL/GRN, grounded to chassis, and fed the 044.
did I catch a wire on the under hood relay, feed the FLR backwards causing fried e1 circuit?
now do i tap e1 to run a switch (leaving e1 connected)?
unpin e1 and ground pgmfi GRN/YEL?
or get a new core? (>_<)
