Password Reset.

I bought a used fk8 and mapped it with Hondata, I made sure with the owner to agree with the tuner to remove the protection passwords and they told me "yes yes no problem"
They put me at ease and I went home with the car.
I didn't like the map and I decided to have it remapped by another tuner but all 3 passwords were still there, security, upload and read map.
I contacted the tuner and he told me that they wouldn't give me the password and so I had to show up in Switzerland with the Hondata.
I paid the €100 and he showed me the photo where he only removed the upload password.

Questions:
Now that they've removed the upload password, can I upload other maps even though there's the security password?

On the Hondata website it says this:
Removing Your Password
To remove a password enter your current password and leave the new password fields empty. Unlocking the FlashPro from the vehicle will also clear the security password.

Upload Security
Check Require security password when uploading to ask for the security password each time a calibration is uploaded to the FlashPro. Note that setting this option will effectively prevent the FlashPro from being used on a different vehicle as the FlashPro will not be able to be unlocked from the current vehicle without the security password.
So I would have the possibility of doing a “Back to stock” and then “Unlock to vehicle”

My concern is, if I unlock and lock, (so to be able to enter my data) Hondata keeps in memory the VIN code to which it was associated and therefore maintain the security password? (I ask because I heard rumors like this)
