Car won't start, dash and relay clicking rapidly

Post by Rnordstrom »

Flashpro mini FP-2012SI-320902
FlashPro manager 4.3.7.0
(No calibration or datalogging yet)
2014 Honda Civic SI
Stock ECU
3" highflow cat PLM exhaust & 3" Full Race catback exhaust

I bolted everything to my car and decided I wanted to have a basemap on my ecu before starting the car with my new parts. After successfully uploading a preset base MAF tune I turned off the car and when I went to turn it on, it cranked over once and that was it. I disconnected the battery then tried to get the ECU back into stock, that failed. After again disconnecting my battery (which is relatively new and not low voltage) I plugged my Flashpro into my car and then my laptop, when the Flashpro began to read the ECU the dash lights and the relay began to click like crazy and there is a yellow triangle next to ECU with the other 3 green. When this is happening, I cannot bring the ECU to stock, and when I try to upload a tune, it begins to upload to the Flashpro but does not do anything to the ECU or car for that matter.
Please help, this is my first time using Hondata or tuning at all. The car only
