S-300 not the emulation or the datalogging

hello, I am new on the forum thanks for the acceptance,

i bought a new S300 from Dream-automotive.UK (i am from france)
and it does not work datalogging between the ECU (a P28) and the S300:

- no problem for the charger the "stockP28" cablibration from the base of S-Manager version 2.8.7.0, the USB communication between S300 and laptop S-Manager no problem
-but when I turn on the ignition and press "Start/Stop datalogging (F10)" I have no information coming between the ECU and S-300, no information in return such as TPS / MAP / T°C / no info comes
i sent my ECU P28 to mirobuilds.com for them to test it and they answered me that my P28 has no problem they tested it with other Chipp and no problem they say => [So for the record:
- the p28 was tested on a bench with other programmed chips (eeprom): everything works correctly
- the same p28 without any modification, with the hondata: degraded mode (limp mode in English), the mapping upload/download works, but not the emulation or the datalogging, see problem on the S300]

so I think my S300 is not working properly,I don't know if I should return the S-300 to the seller or something else

- S-300 V3 r18 Serial: 64700
- S-Manager latest version V2.8.7.0 6/30/2024
- the calibration stockp28 Stock US P28 (92-95 D16 Civic Si/Ex ) no modified
- a datalog of a problem => no data
- sort of vehicle => stock EJ8 / stock D16Y8 engine (this is just for testing the ECU the future engine is out of the bay for now)
- Sort of ECU => - P28 No. 37820-P28-G00
