Wiring AEM oil pressure gage to S300 V1

Post by mjalaly »

Just to clarify, if I want to datalog oil pressure throughout a run can I wire the AEM oil pressure gauge to either B6 or D12?

From what I understand only the brown wire should be pinned to B6 or D12. Can someone confirm that?

I will also check to make sure the right capacitors are there.

You can, but it is for datalogging only and cannot be used for any protections.

Understood. Can you confirm the wiring is correct?

No, the white wire must be connected as it is the signal.

Brown to B2? Or does another ground work?

It may not need a signal ground. Try it without it and see if it reads correctly.
