P28 s300 Problems after launch control

Everything on my 98 LS Integra is stock except the intake and exhaust, after doing some launch control with fuel and ignition cut with -38 ignition timing and about 300 parts of fuel it has been acting weird, no engine lights/codes though it starts sputtering at about 2.5k rpms and after it is fine, its like fuel is being cut or something along those lines, my AFR without a wideband is pretty lean also, like 10-11 type lean, if you need more info, or can help me that would be greatly appreciated, I tried searching up the symptoms but found nothing.
