I updated to this version and when I plugged my Flashpro in it said it needed to be updated and also that my previous calibration was from an old versions and ask to update it so I did. After that uploaded something to my ECU. I previously had a base tune so I believe I uploaded the same thing just with the never version on the Flashpro. My ECU did all the same things as it did when I did my first tune (the base map).
hit the download button on the online tab and then hit the upload button on the flashpro tab under calibration for primary. Car seemed to drive fine and no lights. My question is did I do it right and do I have to upload each time I update my flashpro?
I new to all this and will eventually get it professionally tuned one I get my exhaust. So any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you!!

Any time you update the software you need to open your calibration and upload it to the ECU again. It sounds like you have done it correctly.

You cannot have different settings for that based on the mode the car is in.

Has the ECU been jailbroken?
Probably not supported at this time. What is the ECU part number on the chassis code FL5-120?
