K24A Turbo Idle / Drivability Issues

Hey all, been chasing some issues with my car for the past few months, while almost all are resolved this one I can’t figure out.

Upon cold start, my car idles fine, for about one minute. Afterwards it starts breaking up, leaning out and idling like garbage. While cruising highway speeds it also breaks up under very light throttle and leans out, almost like I have to be 10-15% in the throttle pedal for it to clear up, I’m unsure if it’s tune related or maybe a mechanical issues, I have a data log from idle I can post, I purchased the car in its current state already tuned so if someone can give me their opinion it would be greatly appreciated.

Sure thing, also dug up a 3rd gear pull data log if it’s any extra help. Thanks for giving me a hand
