K24A swapped 06 civic si tune questions

Have a 2006 Honda Civic SI recently completed a motor swap. The motor that came out was an RBB1 the motor that went in was an RBB3. I swapped everything from the RBB1 over to the new engine before install only thing I changed was the clutch and flywheel. It previously had a lightweight flywheel and stage 2 clutch I installed a FX400 clutch masters clutch and 18lb flywheel only changes I made . Now the car ran great before the swap but now at idle it shakes but once throttle is applied it smoothed out do I need a retune for the new motor car is boosted I put anew gt35 in it previously had a gt35rr . Appreciate the help if anyone could help tune it before I go with yoshtuned . Thanks
