Looking for a basemap or some magic

Although I'm sure Hondata will give 10th Gen Accords some love in the future, for right now I need a little help and I'm hoping one of you either has something already, or can work some tuner magic.

What Hondata system: FlashPro
What vehicle: 2019 Accord Sport 2.0T 10AT
Hondata system serial number: FP-ACRD-US-170604
ECU part number: I have no idea
Calibration: Accord-Turbo-2.0-AT-2018-Flex (with box for 2nd O2 Sensor unchecked)

It's the base flexfuel calibration with the 2nd O2 Sensor disabled

Based on what Hondata told me in another post, I know I have problems with "...large negative fuel trims - up to -25%."

I wish I had time to become as good at this as all of you, but I don't. I also don't have time or money to drive to the closest tuner 3 hours away. If someone can help me, I would be so very grateful as I'd really prefer to not break something and although I'm very mechanically inclined, my knowledge of how things work on the ECU side of the house is far less than I wish it was.
