Any developments?
cruise control
Re: cruise control
You'll have to narrow down the problem. Start by running the factory settings calibration for your vehicle until you are happy that the cruise control is working.

Re: cruise control
I did that. I even said I did that earlier. It's an issue on the hondata software dealing with the speed adjustment option. If I use speed adjustment at all then it renders my Cruise control inoperable. But as soon as I undo speed adjustment, then my Cruise control works again.Hondata wrote: Sat Aug 10, 2024 7:58 pm You'll have to narrow down the problem. This isn't good because the main reason I got hondata in the first place was to be able to adjust my speedometer to make up for the fact I went down from 20" wheels to 18" wheels which threw off my speedometer by a factor of 5mph. So using the speed adjustment allowed me to correct for the 5mph, but as I said, using speed adjustment within Hondata at all makes my Cruise control not work right.

Re: cruise control
So even though I provided the datalog of the problem, you can't provide an answer as to why the cruise control stops working on acceleration when using the Speed Adjustment option in calibration? I'm not trying to be mean or anything but that seems a bit far fetched considering you have all the data right there from the datalog provided. But I'm no tuner either so...what do I know.Hondata wrote: Sat Aug 10, 2024 7:58 pm You'll have to narrow down the problem. I believe you had found the cause and I did not think there was anything more to add.ooolEXILElooo wrote: Wed Aug 14, 2024 8:31 pm If I use speed adjustment at all then it renders my Cruise control inoperable. But as soon as I undo speed adjustment, then my Cruise control works again.

Re: cruise control
It's part of the ECU logic that Bosch/Honda uses. If the speed is adjusted the cruise control goes out of bounds.

Ah. Well that sucks. Thanks for letting me know though. And thanks for your patience. Hope I didn't come off as snippy...been on an emotional Rollercoaster for a while sense my mom passed away. Again thanks for your help with everything.Hondata wrote: Mon Oct 07, 2024 9:03 am It's part of the ECU logic that Bosch/Honda uses. If the speed is adjusted the cruise control goes out of bounds.
