Upload error

Hello, recently went to upload an OTS tune and got the error code 0x00 step 6 address 0x000000 every time it’s attempted. When we try to revert back to stock it throws a 0x36 step 6 error message. I sent in a request to Hondata, I’m just looking to see if anyone had a similar experience
