Flashpro not working properly

Post by iAmJMajor »

I have a flashpro for my 2009 civic si that’s supposed to be Bluetooth and even says Bluetooth on the back, but for some reason I can’t enable it so I could connect for the app. The box is greyed out to enable it and says there’s no Bluetooth present under the hardware drop down. Is there something that I have to do to get it to work.
Also I am unable to load tunes or datalog with just my flashpro unless I have it connected to my laptop. I know the buttons work because once it’s connected to my laptop they work, but without it I can’t get it to work no matter how long I hold the buttons.

I have updated it to the latest version and the software but it’s still the same. Is this a hardware issue or is there something I can do to fix it. I tried contacting Hondata but they told me I had to pay to send it out.

Also is the car supposed to beep and have lights on the dash flashing when only the flashpro is connected, because that’s what mine does unless I connect my laptop to it.

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I have tried that but they said it would cost $60 to cover shipping + additional depending on what they find. I was trying to avoid having to pay if someone else had a similar experience and fixed it

It will need to be sent in to be looked at, as there is nothing more we can do without having it to look at.
