Car wont start. Shows error codes but cannot read them

So im trying to get my new engine started and it has been a no go so far so I need some help however, it is a very very custom set up so i get it if its hard to provide assistance.

Trying to start but not fully starting. Sometimes it turns without trying to start.

Engine
GSR B18c (bottom end built by 4piston racing)
GTX2867r turbo
skunk 2 ultra intake
Stock dizzy
Bosh 044 fuel pump
stock cam gears (aem pulleys set to zero)
custom wiring harness but everything seems to be wired correctly (also this doesn't use the stock electrical system at all)
new plugs and wires
Hondata S300 (running a tunned map that has worked for years)

Tested:
Fuel: There is fuel pressure measured at the rail with a gage. Verified fuel from injectors while cranking.
Spark: seeing a nice white spark at all cylinders, checked wire position at dizzy too
Cam Timing: check and good
Compression: did a dry and wet compression test but then i remembered those might be irrelevant since the rings have not had a chance to seat.
Grounding: looks good and tested with a multimeter

I don't know where to go from here. Has everything needed to start. While data logging i get the yellow box that says Errors but i cannot never read them. There is still a DistroErr code but I do not know what that is and the spark seems to be just fine. Checked voltage at every ECU pin and they looks fine. Checked all ECU pin grounds and no issue.

Any thoughts? Should a load a stock B18 map?

What do you mean when you said sometimes it turns without trying to start?

To clarify, the starter will turn the engine over and over but you won't get any attempts at starting. Other times it'll try to start making small putters.

What has changed since the last time it was working?

New bottom end. Some of the wiring. Lots of mechanical things that are not relevant.

How do I read the error codes that it says it has and what is the distributor error?

I would recommend that you try the ECU on a known working vehicle. Then you will know if the ECU is functioning properly. If it works then you will need to start checking everything you have done since it last worked.

The distributor error means that something is not right with the signals from the distributor.

what about the other error codes? The data log shows the MIL on for each attempted start but i don't know what that is.

As there are no errors in the datalog, I cannot tell you why the check engine light is on.
