Error authorizing VIN unlock

I am trying to unlock my Flashpro, but I am getting the message “Error authorizing VIN unlock”. My car has been returned back to stock tune. I also tried to do the return to stock again, and got this message “The last Flashpro upload succeeded”.

Are you able to assist in what is happening? I did do a firmware update prior to returning to stock, and updated the Hondata Flashpro software to note.

What is the reason you are trying to unlock it?

I am upgrading to a bigger turbo. I am selling this Flashpro with its TSP tune and buying a Mini Flashpro to use with my new dyno tune.

Why don't you just upgrade to the new FlashPro?

That’s what I am going to do. But I don’t want to waste this one and not get anything back for it.
