What prevents the Hondata FK8 fuel system from being bolted to the Accord/RDX 2.0t? This swap is being planned as a summer project for next year, just trying to learn and understand about the swap. I do have a background in swapping civics (2000’s with d to b/f series and the H2B transmission adaptors.
Any rate I have a paid off 2020 Civic Si coupe that I’m wanting to perform this swap on. From what I u Ferst and it’s just lengthening the harness, a 2.0t with fk8 transmission, some a/c swapping and a few other odds and ins. I currently have a Flashpro for the tune modifications

The FK8 fuel system will not work on the Accord engine as the wiring is different as well as the mounting of the pump is different.

Are there any upgraded HPFP/injector setups for the C4? Or will one need to run a separate port injection plate?

Alright, after doing some digging I see the HPFP mounting brackets and bare heads are different part numbers. I’m asking a friend of mine who works at the Honda Anna Engine Plant in casting what the differences are, if any, to the dimensions of the mount g points for the heads. Also if he could happen to get journal diameter and spacing.
CTR part numbers-
Head casting: 12100-RPY-GO2
HPFP mount: 12270-RPY-G00
Accord 2.0T part numbers-
Head: 12100-6B2-A00
HPFP mount: 12270-6B2-A00
If I can’t get any answers from him, I’ll buy both the mounts and compare myself. $150 to gain knowledge is worth it. Also wiring doesn’t scare me. As long as there are the same number of wires and they perform similar functions, it wouldn’t be hard to cut and solder in a new pigtail to convert. That is unless someone has compared the two and ruled it out.

I'm not sure what combination of ECU / engine / fuel pump you are going to use, but we only support the use of the FK8 fuel system in the FK8. Anything else, you're on your own. Make sure you know if the ECU you use can support feed forward and PID changes so that it will work. Make sure you know the stroke of the HPFP piston so that you won't bind the spring or float the follower etc.
