hi, I finally drove my car and I realized that the boost controller is not working. I recently downloaded the latest version of the software and it seems that there is a problem with the boost control function. The relationship between the gear based duty cycle and the gear based target boost seems wrong. The pressure values are very high and the duty values are very low, see attached photo.
When I drive the car the PWM reading is always 99% but the boost does not go up. The activation point is good, the reading is good if I test the output but the boost does not go up no matter what value is read in duty cycle.
The car was fine on this calibration 3 years ago.

The calibration posted is set to a fixed duty cycle of 70%.
This appears to be in a quick spool situation. If I had to guess this is not the calibration that is currently uploaded to the ECU.

If we look closely in the calibration the quick spool duty in 3rd gear is at 0.

what is wrong with very high pressure value in the target boost table?

There may be a problem with the turbo or the plumbing of the boost controller.
Can you hear the boost controller buzzing?

It's a 3 port mac selenoid, when I plug it directly into the battery I hear a click and I see movement from the filter port. No buzzing sound. The selenoid is not clogged either I did the test.
now is it working normally I don't know...
I'm going to do some more tests on the road.

In the SManager online menu you can test outputs and should be able to set the boost control to a set duty cycle and should be able to hear the solenoid buzz at different frequencies depending on the duty cycle and frequency used.

After doing the test, the selenoid does not buzz.
Could this be a selenoid problem?
or is it a problem with the ECU preparation?
This is not the same ECU as when the car was running well 3 years ago.

It is either a wiring problem or a problem with the ECU.
If the solenoid clicks when you give it power and ground then it is not the solenoid.
