can not update to latest version

Hello, I can not get my flashpro manager to update to the latest version. Every time i try to update it i keep getting an error message, saying something along the lines of wrong address access denied. Im confused cause this is the same computer and network i used when i set up the flashpro when it arrived on my door step. Any help would be appreciated. I am unable to use certain functions as of now and it says i need to update. I click download and NOTHING happens but the error message as mentioned above. Thanks

I know this is an old message but here i am a year later and Im having the same issue. It will not let me download the updated version. I can not download it using the software and i can not download it from the website. I keep getting an error saying its a dangerous file. I go through and allow it and it still will not allow me to update to the new version. I really could use some help.

You have to say you want to keep the file multiple times. If you have antivirus software, you may need to uninstall it.
