Kmanager download, upload, clear error

Hi,
Last year i bought a Kswapped 1993 civic with the Hondata already installed and a tune on it. Should be Kpro V1 or 2.

The car drove fine from day one and i had no issues at all.
But last year when i wanted to change the launch control, which was to low imo, i saw that everything is greyed out so icouldn't change anything.
I tried to download the map, but at the very end of the loading bar comes the error that it failed due to being damaged, secured, older version etc.

At this time i was driving the car everyday so i didn't want to try to clear the security, but this year i build the engine and got a basemap for it and i found out that even clearing the security leads to an error.
Try to upload the basemap/every basemap in Kmanager does the same error.

So atm i can literally do nothing with Kmanager and i updated it to 4.6.0, checked usb drivers, says ignition on and Online. I got Internet connection and checked all the grounds which are pretty perfect.

The map which is on worked perfectly and i had zero issues but i just can't do anything and i hope somebody can help me here.

Only thing which could be a problem is the TPS and the Injectors which are not connected because i have them at a shop which produces an ITB for me. Could this cause the issue?

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

The serial number on the kpro board is 05003009

Version is 4.6.0.0 Build 4005

What is the ECU serial number that is on the side of the ECU?

The Ecu is 37820-PRB-A07

I also looked at the LEDs and they do seem to work fine. When connected to pc, green on and red flashing. When i try to download the map or erase security the red stays on too and then it goes back to flashing after error.

That is the ECU part number. I need the serial number under that.

Have you tried this ECU in a known working vehicle?

It worked all the time and i'm pretty sure it still will work, but the map which is on(pretty stock k20) will not work great with my setup and i won't try it because the engine needs a break in.
I don't really have anybody which drives a k20 here. Just B and D series.

Could this have something to do with my pc? Tomorrow i will try a friends one to make sure if this is the problem or not.

So now i tried a different pc and it shows the same errors.

The car starts with the map which is on, but runs pretty bad.

Got the chance today to try the ecu in another car and shows the same issues.

Are there any known spots on the board which can be checked?

Is it true that you need a IP in the Us? I'm located in Germany.

Can you try swapping the other K-Pro into your ECU to see if the problem follows the K-Pro board or is with your ECU?

I have no other kpro. The other car is a Ep3 (K20A) with a doctronic ecu so i just tested if the problem comes from the harness.

Does kpro 1 work with 64bit windows? Both PCs i tried were 64bit.

I'm really frustrated because in two days is a big meet and i've build the car with all time i've had for that and the ecu is the only thing which stops me now :/

I got the chance to get a kpro 4 there but nevertheless i still wanna find out what is wrong with mine.
