Phone won't connect to new Hondata s300

Okay so to start - I'm a complete noob to cars. My friend recently sold me a turbocharged 1993 Acura Integra (Yay!). I love this car to pieces and have been trying to understand the mechanical side to things.

So, here's where the trouble comes in. I just bought a Hondata s300 ECU for it. The tune is all set up, my AFR is good and it's running better than ever. However, I want to set up boost-by-gear and boost-by-rpm soon, and I want to be able to monitor my AFR and datalog it from my phone so I can make sure I set up the tune correctly, but I cannot get my phone to find the ECU on bluetooth. Is there something I need to set up in the SManager to access this?

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.
