Help! Flashpro Knocks should I be concerned?

Need help! I'm pretty new to the whole flashpro scene only getting mine a week ago, for context I drive a 09 si only mods include a Mishimoto Cold air (MMAI-CIV-06SI) -model number for intake and a Invidia q300 exhaust, anyways I flashed my car with the completely stock tuned profile and did some datalogging driving in the city aswell as some highway and noticed some knocking showing up on flashpro manager. Is a couple knocks here and there ok or should I be concerned with what I found? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A small number of knocks in a long datalog like that is not a big deal.
