Kpro V4 No sensors working

I have a 2005 Civic coupe I swapped a K24a2 into. I’m using a Kpro V4 #66759. I installed it and it worked perfectly for about 2 weeks then all of sudden it would not read any sensors while datalogging and now when I turn the key the green led flashes once then turns off while the red led flashes constantly. I can still start the car but after 15 secs of idling it start to idle terrible.

It looks like this was sold as an install kit to Honda & Acura Solutions and Sounds, LLC. You will need to discuss this issue with them as it may be an installation issue.
