okay here it goes i had a motor swap done a couple weeks ago
the motor was running flwlessly with the exception of an exhaust leak
so this weekend i decided to bolt back up the trubo kit (greddy)
after initial startup i tookit out for a drive after i felt that everything was good i got on it
after about 5k the motor want to fight thriough the rest of the gears like it is hitting a limiter every 500 rpms and the exhaust makes a popping noise as if it is wanting to backfire which is is kinda doing mimics sputtering
i am only at the basic 8.5 psi of the greddy kit and the motor has 17k on it
i am using the kpro 440 cal and i have the 440rc injectors 12 ohm
and since the a2 came with POS bosch plugs i put the ik20's from the ep in it
i have new plugs on order ik24's and 750 cc injectors are on the way as well
is this the reason why is is stumbling under boost like this? im a bit confused as to what could be the cause of this problem
im gonna run some datalogs tomarrow and see if i cant find anything else pointing in the direction of the feul and spark
compression test is good and the spark plugs are redish brown
also the datalog i have shows that it only happens at full 50' swing
im thinking spark plugs? :?

First of all.. congratz on the A2 swap!
So far I can see the following:
Problem #1: Calibration you are using is for 16ohm injectors not 12ohm. I would suggest you use the 550CC-12ohm-GReddy calibration and set the injector size to 440CC in Fuel Trim tab in Parameters.
Problem #2: Spark plugs are way too hot. Stock is IK22 and IK20 is 1-step hotter. You should be using IK24. (It looks like you're okay for spark plugs for now as you're not getting insane knock counts). You should get some IK24s as K20A2 uses IK22 as stock plugs and IK24 is a step colder I believe.
Also, note this: "K20A2 with Greddy turbo stock cat, catback. 440 16 ohm injectors are maxed out - 92 percent duty cycle at 8000 rpm"
PS.
Lastly, a tip if you are going to use 550CC calibration:
Check the vtec switch point between low & high cams and make sure the CAM angle is not more than 10 degrees.
I loaded up the 550CC map and the vtec is set to 5200rpm by the base map.
Full throttle low cam was at 10 degrees at 5200rpm and high cam was at 30 degrees. That made the car "jerk" pretty bad and I can feel the power loss right after vtec. I switched vtec back to 5800rpm vtec point and it is smooth now. I'll be playing with CAM angle a little bit more and going to set vtec back at 5200rpm.
