S300 Fuel Pressure Datalogging Issues

I have an issue with datalogging fuel pressures. I have been running an S300 for several years and have my system setup to do on-board datalogging when the AC button is pressed. It has generally worked well.

More recently, I have had some fuel starvation issues under cornering (autocross) and installed a 0-5 volt fuel pressure sensor on the fpr in an attempt to collect some data. I wired the fuel pressure sensor as an analog input (AN0) and followed the Hondata recommendations. I went to an event this past weekend and did several on-board datalogs. The on-board datalogs indicated 0 psi fuel pressure, but when I did a run and datalogged directly to my laptop, the fuel pressure data was recorded and looked fine (base was 40 psi and it tracked boost pressure under load). During a recent dyno session, my tuner recorded the final pull on his laptop and the fuel pressure data was present in the datalog and behaved as expected.

Any ideas about what is going on?

Short of replacing the S300 board is there a way of fixing this? Would there be any point in changing the analog input I am using from AN0 to one of the others to see if it persists? Is it possible the issue is that localized to only the AN0 inputs?

If you change it to raw voltage, does it datalog the voltage correctly?

Thanks for looking at this. Unfortunately, my car is in pieces right now, so I will not be able to try on-board datalogging of the fuel pressure sensor voltages for probably a couple of weeks. When I do get back to it, how do I get SManager to let me change AN0 from a pressure value back to voltage? I tried and it seems like AN0 is now locked in as a pressure datum.

Nevermind. I figured out how to change AN0 back to volts.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to this. Instead of recording AN5 voltages, I tried something different. I did two datalogs, just driving around my home. No changes to my setup from before. To clarify, these were on-board datalogs, not directly recorded on my laptop while driving. After returning home and shutting off the engine, I downloaded the two datalogs to my laptop using the "Download" option in the S300/Datalog window. In both cases, I got what look to be good traces for my fuel pressure sensor on AN5. Without changing anything, I also saved the two datalogs that were still stored in the S300 using the "Save As..." option. In both of those cases, I got nothing for my AN5 fuel pressure.

Hopefully, this helps identify the issue.

I forgot to mention that I moved the fuel pressure sensor signal wires from AN0 to AN5 to see if that had anything to do with my issue, but it did not.
