S300v3 not powering on

Just looking for some peoples thoughts on what’s going on with my Hondata s300 v3. I just completed a b16a2 swap on my 1997 CX hatch. I’m running a stock wiring harness with a p06 ecu with v300 v3. My hondata is not powering on properly which is leading to a crank no start I believe. I have the correct voltage to ecu but the hondata does not show it’s receiving power (no lights power on the s300 motherboard) I only haves lights on the motherboard when my laptop is plugged in (so it does not allow me to upload a tune). I’m just looking for insight on what might be going on any help I’d greatly appreciated.

Have you tried the ECU on a known working vehicle?

I was able to get the hondata to turn on with cars power. I just touched up all the soldering points on the ecu to the Hondata which fixed my issue.
