FlashPro bluetooth keeps disconnecting

Hello,
Ive reached out to hondata but they stopped responding.. wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue?
the bluetooth for the hondata mobile app constatly drops connection within in seconds of finding the flashpro, Ive changed the device name, ive changed the passcode and registered my account etc.. im using the latest hondata app 1.6.3 and latest flashpro manager.. not sure why the connection keeps dropping instantly and asking me to reconnect several times but would love to be able to use this feature

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

I am using 1.6.3 iOS app
Hondata Software version 4.2.6.0

With everything plugged in and the ignition in the on position, go to the Help menu and click on “send feedback”. Include a detailed description of the issue.

I did sometime early last week, was speaking with Matt and after providing the app version I haven’t heard back since so not sure who to reach out to now

I have tested with an iPhone with our FL5 and the current Flash Pro and found no issues. What version iPhone and what version IOS are you using?

Something that's confusing me is that I am not able to find the device on my the list of bluetooth devices on the iphone settings tab but i am able to find it thru the hondata app.. not sure if this is a part of the issue

Hold down the power button on the head unit and reboot the system and see if that allows it to connect.

No luck, still doing the same thing can connect to it in the hondata iPhone app but it will instantly disconnects and ask to select a device again. Same if flashpro is only plugged into the laptop.

I’ve tried pretty much everything I could on my end, even used another iPhone on an older iOS and still can’t find the device. At the very least if nothing works can I refund the app? I know the decide can’t be returned or replaced but at least the app can.

I am also having this issue and just sent feedback through Flashpro Manager.

Here are the details

- I'm on an iPhone 15 with iOS 17.
- Flashpro does not display in iOS Bluetooth list
- Flashpro does display in Hondata Bluetooth devices, but does not pair when attempting
- Flashpro displays on Mac OS Bluetooth
- Flashpro displays on Windows Bluetooth
- Flashpro displays on FL5 headunit Bluetooth
- Flashpro Manager version 4.3.4.0. This also occured on most recent prod version 4.2.6.0 so I replicated on most recent version available
