Would I have to revert back to the A3 engine harness or would the car work with the A2 harness?

The original engine harness should be used in the vehicle.

So I got the ecu re-modified and am currently still only getting a crank.

Post the calibration you are uploading to the ECU.

You need to try the K-Pro ECU on a known working vehicle. To see if the ECU starts normally in that vehicle.

It is most likely a problem with the wiring in your vehicle.
