Replacement Capacitor Question

I received a replacement capacitor kit with the s300 and when we went to install them we noticed that the c201 replacement is a 100uf 25v instead of a 100uf 35v that was already there.

I assume since it was included in the kit that it is an acceptable replacement for the 35v capacitor it is meant to replace? Just don't feel great about lowering the max voltage on a capacitor though I assume if it is a 5v or 12v circuit that 25v should be a high enough rating ... let me know thanks.
