Blipping red light

Hello,
I have issues with my kpro v4. Driver perfectly installed, kpro registered and nicely installed on ECU. All pins continuity tested and OK.
I can download map but not upload.
when I connect USB cable it look like that :

I didn't find any log files to look for any detailed error message or something like

What is the serial number that is on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

KPRO serial is 66059

I installed myself, I did electronics studies.

This was sold as an install kit to CPL Racing in the UK and they should have installed it. You will need to contact them for assistance with this.
