What ecu what hondata questions

I have a 1992 integra b20 I'm confusing myself as to what ecu is gmerge fruitsoing to plug and play then what hondata can I put base maps on from a desktop computer or is a laptop100% required for this to function properly to run a base map

You will need a Windows based laptop to be able to tune this.
