Would this b the file? Im still trying to figure out the log file. Also, the A/F just sits at 10.0 all the time. Now and then it shows 11.5. Im not sure what its doing. Has this car been tuned on Narrow band? Im getting the feeling that the tuner just did the most basic of tune possible and moved on.

While driving around, the A/F read 10 most of the time even under small amount of boost.

Good morning,

The cel flash when the key is in the on position before starting. Once started, the cel is no longer visible.

If it only is flashing the MIL with the key on but not running and there are no error codes when datalogging it sounds like there is no actual problem, and a sensor may not be powered up when just having the key on without it running.
