Hondata FlashPro

Looking at doing some mods to my 2018 type r. Figured best place to start would be getting Hondata and then go from there with other bolt ons. Unsure of a couple things tho, hoping to get clarification on the difference between a (uno onlineCARB) vs Race Flashpro, jailbreaking the ecu, long term effects it has on your vehicle and/or any other advice from personal experience y'all could offer would be greatly appreciate

The CARB version is for vehicles that will be driven on public roads and has limited tunability so that it can maintain emissions legality. The race version is only for vehicles which will not be driven on public roads and is fully tunable.

There should be no long-term effects if tuned correctly.
