Is This Normal ? Flashpro [CARB] Basemap stock tuned

Hello. I have a 2007 Honda Civic Si 4dr (bone stock).
I bought the CARB Hondata Flashpro and uploaded the Stock Tuned Basemap [CARB] that came with it.
I datalogged my test drive, and I noticed some knocks occurring at high load / low RPM. Is this Normal? Or do I need to worry about it?
Also, can someone explain to me what K.Retard is? It seems to go up right before a Knock is registered.
I am using 93 Octane fuel in Texas.

There are no adjustments that you can make using the CARB version. What modifications have been done to it?

The Car is Un-modified and completely stock...
