TUNE REVIEW TO SOLVE IDLE ISSUE
I wanted to see if someone could look over my tune. The car performs smooth during regular driving and at WOT. But after sitting the idle goes super rich and the car hardly wants to move. Im assuming something with my fuel trims at idle? Thanks in advance.

5063 ebay turbo, 3.5in intake, exhaust, dw300c, and dw1000cc, rbc manifold, plm 4bar. I think that's the main stuff

Did you apply the proper injector data?martin9944 wrote: Tue Mar 19, 2024 6:13 pm 5063 ebay turbo, 3.5in intake, exhaust, dw300c, and dw1000cc, rbc manifold, plm 4bar. I think that's the main stuff

It looks like they are off. I have also attached a log to show that the idle issue extends past that. This is a short drive after letting it sit for about 10-15min after a fresh reflash drive.

Is the log after you have added the proper injectors data?

No I have not changed injector data. This is all based off of what you see in the screen shot of my calibration.

Re: TUNE REVIEW TO SOLVE IDLE ISSUE
I would have suggested you added the proper injector data before tuning. The Non Vtec VTC table could also use some work.
I looked over the log and noticed that when you first start the car it idles between 12-30kpa where the VTC is set to 0. In the log where it runs rich it is idling between 63-74kpa where it is hitting multiple cells with various VTC values. It is possible there is an interpolation between the tables causing the issue.
Ideally when tuning I have the cars idle at 0VTC. You can start by setting the areas where its idling to 0VTC and see if that improves your issue.
Its possible a mechanical issue can also be causing the change in vacuum at idle. Common issue are vacuum leaks.
