starter issue 98 integra

Desmoines iowa 98 ingetgra gs with b18c1 swap Needing some help maybe someone has had this problem and found a solution, ive done alot of reasearch tried a few things and no luck still. My car does not start sometimes when i turn the key i hear a click down by my left foot and if i keep turning the key it will start sometimes and other times not at all so i will have to go under hood and jump the solenoid to start car. i replaced main relay switch and i have another starter but i dont know if its the starter since the jumper bypass gets the car going it was also swapped from auto to manual but i already did all the bs and hooked my reverse lights up and got cruise control working but thats spotty sometimes to. thanks for all of your help

It sounds like there is most likely a wiring issue that needs to be addressed.
