basemap download help for a newbie!

Never heard of Hondata until my son's 2006 Si needs an engine. A friend says if I can't find a used K20, then I can swap with a K24. So I swapped with a K24, but it does not run right. After did some research, I l earned that I need a Hondata box and a basemap. Bought a Hondata box and now learning how to use it. Lucky me, I found this forum.
I downloaded a basemap posted by EFICU in one of the threads for another person. But when I open up the download, it says "another copy of flashpromanager is currently running. This copy of flashpromamanger can be used but will not have access to the flashpro". I am not good with computer, so what did I do wrong here? Please advise.

Close all instances of FlashPro manager running and the only open one copy.
