Upload botton grayed out can't upload

Hi everyone

This is my first time post on any website,I'm facing issue with my hondata s300 which is not allowing me to upload any tune , the upload botton is grayed out which restrict me to upload

Bottom left of screen it says ON LINE and drivers installed , got the green lights on the board

I have registered it as well

Any help in this will be highly appreciated

There appears to be a jumper on J12 and it must be removed.
