kpro for 03 accord

Post by cstyleaccord »

i have a few question to ask, if anyone know this better. in order for me to use kpro in the accord k24a4 i would need a 02-04 rsx ecu? and not using the accord ecu correct? and i would still need the harness? can i use a kpro for the civic si k20a3? thanks

propably accord 2.4 has rbb ecu and 4 plugs... so you can try connect rsx ecu, but for sure you lost most function in car, like climatronic, etc, etc.

rbb ecu? can you explain more on that? and it only has 3 plug just like any other k20a ecu manual tranny. yeah i heard i will lose some function such as the speedo etc.

but i'm really curious as to whether i need an rsx ecu kpro to make it work in the accord as Hondata said that kpro will work. I'm just wondering if they mean by using a rsx ecu or do i need my own ecu.

"This uses a 2002-2004 RSX ECU and an adapter harness. You will also need the Primary oxygen sensor from the 2002-2004 RSX. We will be offering an 05 K-Pro bundle that the user provides an ECU and we then modify the Ecu and add the K-Pro and include an adapter harness. This solution allows the speedo to work properly as well as all sensors. This kit will also work on the manual transmission 03-04 Accord, but will not run the instrument cluster."

Its this part above that make me really confuse.
